Plant identification and health checks
To identify a plant, tap Identify plant on Home and choose a clear photo. For a health check, choose your plant and photograph the affected leaves. These AI features require Sprout Pro and your permission to share selected information. AI results can be inaccurate.
Subscriptions and free trials
Monthly and annual Sprout Pro plans include unlimited health checks and 50 photo identifications each month. Annual identification allowances refresh monthly. Prices, trial availability and renewal terms are shown in the app and in Apple’s confirmation sheet. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Restore purchases
Open Profile → View Sprout Pro → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Keep Sprout connected to the internet. If access is still missing, contact us with your app version and a description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sprout, then manage or cancel your plan. You can also use the Apple subscriptions link below. Deleting the app or your Sprout account does not cancel recurring billing. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Sign-in and password help
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your account email address. Check your spam folder if an email does not arrive. If you still cannot sign in, email support. Never send your password or verification codes.
Delete your account
In Sprout, open Profile → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. This removes your account and associated garden records and photos after deletion succeeds. Saved plants cannot be recovered through the app after deletion. Cancel your Apple subscription separately. If you cannot access your account, email us for help; we may need to verify account ownership.
Photos, loading and connection issues
Check your internet connection and that you are running the latest app version. For camera access, check Settings → Apps → Sprout. Try a clear, well-lit photo of one plant. If plans or care tasks will not load, reopen the app and try again. If an AI request limit is reached, wait before retrying.
Privacy and your data
Read our Privacy Policy to learn about plant photos, AI sharing, subscriptions and account deletion. You can review or withdraw AI permission in Profile → Privacy & Data. For privacy or data-access questions, contact Hemistudio at the email below.
